Curtin University held their 2018 School of Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Speech Pathology Prize Giving Ceremony on Tuesday 13th February. The school’s most important annual event brings together students, staff, family, friends, sponsors, special guests and the community to reward, celebrate and recognise the wonderful achievements of the highest performing students.
Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) Service Manager Hilary O’Connell presented two prizes, including ‘Highest Mark in Principles and Practice of Gerontology’ to Emily Warnock and ‘Highest Mark in Gerontology’ to Sarah Forbes.
Hilary commented that “ILC is proud to support Curtin University students in a range of ways and I congratulate both Emily Warnock and Sarah Forbes for their achievements. They are worthy recipients of these awards.”
