Providing feedback about your ILC experience is now easier

To ensure that people accessing ILC’s services have options and simple ways to provide feedback about their experience our Feedback page has recently been updated. It now includes information about how people can provide feedback, including links to the online consumer feedback survey, a hard copy of this survey and the option of typing directly into a form on the webpage to provide a compliment, complaint or to offer an opportunity for improvement.

There is also a downloadable information sheet about the ILC feedback process.  For those who prefer to hand write their feedback, a hard copy feedback brochure is now also available at all ILC reception areas at Nedlands, Westminster and Morley.
